Blueprint AI Strategy · Hiring
Stop Winging Interviews.
Start Hiring Right.
From $1,500 setup · $297/month
AI-assisted hiring built for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies. Respond to applicants in minutes, interview with structure, and decide with evidence — while you make the final call.
One bad hire costs more than a slow month.
Applicants ghosted for days go work for your competitor
Every interview is different, so every decision is a gut call
Rejected candidates never hear back — in a town where they're also your customers
How It Works
Applicant applies
Applicant applies through your careers page and hears back in minutes instead of days — before your competitor gets to them.
AI reads and screens
AI reads their resume against your job description, flags the gaps, and builds a tailored interview guide.
Qualified candidates book themselves
Candidates who clear your bar get a link to book an interview slot on your calendar. Everyone else gets a courteous reply, not silence.
Interview with structure
You interview with structure; every candidate gets evaluated the same way.
Advisory scorecard
You get an advisory scorecard: strengths, concerns, and what to verify.
One-tap decision
One tap sends the offer call, keep-warm, or courteous rejection — from your own number, using your templates.
