1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blueprint AI Strategy website located at blueprintaistrategy.com ("Site") and all services offered through it ("Services"). They form a legally binding agreement between you and Blueprint AI Strategy.

By accessing the Site, completing our AI Readiness Score quiz, booking a consultation, or engaging us for any paid service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organization, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Services after any update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Who We Are

Blueprint AI Strategy is an Ohio-based AI consulting business dedicated to helping small and medium-sized businesses understand, deploy, and profit from artificial intelligence tools. Our approach is diagnostic first: we audit your operations, identify where AI creates the highest return, and then help you build or install the right systems in the right order.

We serve business owners, operators, and leadership teams who want to stop guessing about AI and start making decisions based on real numbers. We are not a software vendor and we do not receive commissions from any AI tools we recommend.

3. Services We Provide

Blueprint AI Strategy offers the following services:

• AI Readiness Score (Free): A five-question diagnostic quiz that generates a score from 0 to 100 across five operational dimensions — Process, Data, Communication, Follow-Up, and Team Capacity. The score is informational and educational in nature.
• AI Assessment (Paid): A structured consulting engagement in which we review your business operations, calculate your Information Tax (the dollar cost of manual work and operational drag), identify your top three operational leaks, and deliver an 8-slide Your custom-designed report with a 30-day implementation roadmap.
• AI Employees: Deployment and configuration of AI voice and messaging agents designed to handle inbound calls, book appointments, and follow up with leads — customized to your business.
• Revenue Recovery: A success-fee service that systematically pursues past-due invoices, dormant customers, and unresponsive quotes on your behalf.
• Website Creation: Design and development of conversion-optimized websites built around your business's specific traffic and buyer behavior.
• Reputation Management: Automated systems to generate, manage, and respond to customer reviews across platforms, with a focus on Google Business Profile.
• Strategic Consulting: Custom engagements for businesses seeking ongoing AI strategy, architecture, or implementation support.

4. Eligibility

To use our Site or Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement — either on your own behalf or on behalf of the business or organization you represent.
• Not be prohibited from accessing or using our Services under applicable laws.

If you are accessing our Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

5. AI Readiness Score and Other Free Tools

Our AI Readiness Score quiz and any other free diagnostic tools we offer are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are designed to give you a starting point for thinking about AI in your business — not to replace professional advice.

Specifically:

• The score, dimension breakdown, and recommendations generated by our quiz are based on your self-reported answers and industry benchmarks. They are estimates, not audits.
• Nothing produced by our free tools constitutes professional, legal, financial, accounting, or technical advice.
• You should not make significant business decisions — including purchasing software, hiring staff, or restructuring operations — based solely on the output of our free tools.
• We make no guarantee that the score or recommendations will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific business circumstances.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Site for any reason.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary scoring logic or frameworks.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in our forms or quizzes.
• Use the Site to harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others.
• Distribute spam, viruses, or any other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of our vendors.

7. Intellectual Property

Everything on this Site — including the text, graphics, logos, frameworks (like the Information Tax), diagnostic questions, and methodologies — is the property of Blueprint AI Strategy and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to view the content on our Site for the purpose of evaluating our services for your business. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute any content from this site.
• Create derivative works based on our frameworks or diagnostic tools.
• Use our branding or materials for your own commercial purposes without written permission.

Any reports, roadmaps, or deliverables we provide to a paying client are licensed to that client for their internal business use as defined in their specific engagement agreement.

8. User-Submitted Content

By submitting information to us through our quizzes, contact forms, or booking systems, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

You grant Blueprint AI Strategy a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that information to provide the services you requested, improve our diagnostic tools, and communicate with you about our services. Our use of this data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Site and Services rely on third-party platforms to function. These include our website and CRM platform, automation tools (like Make.com), payment processors, and email/calendar providers.

Your use of our Services is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party vendors. We are not responsible for the performance or availability of these third-party systems.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

Blueprint AI Strategy makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable.
• Any AI deployment will result in specific revenue increases, cost savings, or ROI.

Business environments are complex and constantly changing. The success of any AI implementation depends on factors beyond our control, including your data quality, team adoption, and market conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueprint AI Strategy and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

In no event shall our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services exceed the greater of: (a) $100.00, or (b) the total fees paid by you to Blueprint AI Strategy in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blueprint AI Strategy and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason — including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will survive.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the "Effective Date" at the top.

Material changes will be notified via email if we have your contact information. Your continued use of the Site or Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms stay in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any signed engagement agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blueprint AI Strategy regarding your use of the Site and Services.
